Profile

I am a graduate psychologist (including business administration) with more than 20 years of professional experience in multinational companies as well as a certified executive coach and Gestalt Pedagogy.

My work experience is characterised by management positions in Human Resources at international companies such as Jungheinrich and Airbus. I know what it means to be responsible for budgets and teams, having supported many organisational developments. Yet, also several years’ work as a pre-school teacher and consultant for intercultural work at the youth welfare office in Berlin and at the German-French nursery school in Lyon have shaped my view of people, groups, and organisations. So I am at home both in the private sector and in non-profit organisations, enjoying the resulting horizon of diversity.

As far as methods are concerned, I rely on systemic thinking and acting, considering the big picture as well as the individual steps. When it comes to sorting things out and finding appropriate answers, I support my clients in an authentic, creative, and professional way, combined with a spark of curiosity, and give them the tools they need to implement the solutions.

I bring my intercultural experience and knowledge of group-dynamic processes to bear on my coaching as well as on my consulting in organisational development.

The involvement in the most different contexts and cultures have always been a source of enrichment for my work.

As a consultant, I live this wealth of experience – whether I moderate workshops, accompany major events conceptually and in their implementation or develop strategies for companies and teams.
